The Fiano grapes are harvested totally by hand from vineyards in Italy’s beautiful Campania region, famous for its Amalfi coast. A unique technique of vinification makes this wine extremely special. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a very low temperature where the wine is then aged for 6 months on it’s lees (waste) and aged for another 8 months in the stainless steel vats again. This provides an intense and wider range of aromas, perfumes and tastes.
Organic and biodinamically produced wine made from 100% Fiano grapes. On the nose the wine has floral and tropical fruit notes with a balanced palate of further floral notes with an incredible savouriness and minerality.
The motto of this winery is “it is the details that makes something special”. The winery dates back to the in the mid 40’s and since then the owners have worked effortlessly to respect and work harmonious with nature. By planting vines on only the their best slopes, they are passionate about producing only high quality wines avoiding the mass market at all costs.
