A brilliant belnd of Malavasia di Candia Aromatica, Marsanne, Ortugo and other secret grapes. Strictly hand-picked and allowed to ferment naturally for up to two weeks on their lees.
Pale copper colour, unusual on the nose with flowery notes and a yeasty finish. The Palate is complex with multiple layers, flowers, fruit and vegetal notes of sage and balsamic.
Since Giulio Armani founded the winery in 2005 he has always had one thing clear in his mind: produce only good quality white wine with a unique with a blend of grapes using the most natural techniques possible. In both the vineyard and the cellar there must be as little human interaction in the process as possible. No filtration, no clarification and once harvested the grapes could stay on their lees for weeks, months or even a year depending on the vintage. This process produces an wonderful unusual white wine with a great personality.
