A dry Cava from the foothills of the Penedés in Catalonia. This premier winegrowing region is the birthplace of the esteemed sparking white, which takes its name from the Catalonian word for cellar.
Mas De La Basserola Cava Brut Nature is created from a blend of Xarel. Lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes, grown on a family vineyard tended organically. The vineyard sticks to low yields to maintain quality. The grapes for this Cava grow on thirty year old vines planted 560 metres above sea level. The wine is aged for four months in oak barrels.
