How long does it take to deliver my order?

We aim at next day deliver on all our orders. However, our warehouse and delivery couriers do have cut-off times.
Generally, orders accepted before 12 will be delivered next day to most UK destinations.
You will receive the expected delivery date and time in our order confirmation email.

Do I need an ID to receive my order?

Current legislation does not allow sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone below 18 years of age.
Our courier reserves the right to ask for a valid form of ID on delivery to leave the alcoholic products with the order recipient.

What locations do you delivery to?

We currently only deliver to UK mainland. We are working to extend our network to the UK islands and overseas in the future.

How do you protect my wines during shipment?

We are proud to use the patented bottle packaging system Nakpack.
It wraps each bottle to ensure maximum protection, and it delivers an unbeatable 99.999% protection rate!
It is entirely biodegradable and made with recycled paper.

Brakes & Cancellations

What should I do in case of broken bottles?

In the unlikely event that you will receive a broken bottle, please just send us an email at or call us at 020-3488-2683.
Please attach a picture of the broken bottle.

We will replace the broken bottles free of charge, or refund the amount.

Can I modify my order?

We are happy to make any amendments to your order as long as it has not been accepted yet. We will not be able to amend it once our warehouse has started to work on it, but we will always do our utmost to find the best solution for our customers.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure, you may cancel your order at any time until 14 working days after delivery, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact.

In order to cancel your order you must call us on 020-3488-2683 or notify us by email on We can help to arrange the pick-up of the bottles at your convenience.
Should you decide to cancel, the amount we charged for the wines will be refunded within 14 days from the date the goods are returned in merchantable condition to our return address:

Are all of your wines organic?

The vast majority of the wines we sell are organic, either certified or not certified.
We clearly indicate this piece of information on each of our wine pages.
Some of the non-certified wines are produced according to the lutte raisonee (reasoned struggle) approach.
This method of farming means that our winemakers seek to avoid using artificial herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers in the vineyard but reserve the right to do so where it is absolutely necessary (for example a blight by pests or a severe problem with fungus due to an extremely poor vintage).

Hoe do I know if a wine is filtered or unfiltered?

We do not believe in bad surprises, and always provide our customers with all the details to make an informative decision about any of our wines.
In each of the wine product page we indicate whether the wine is filtered and/or fined.

How do you source your wines?

We strive to only stock wines that are appreciated by our customers and we embrace the Vivino philosophy of user reviews.
All of our wines are in the top 10% of Uk or worldwide wines, according to customer feedback on Vivino.
We also source less popular wines leveraging the extensive network of Friends of Don Veeto across the world.
