Delivery & Returns
We aim at delivering all our orders by next day. However, our delivery team has to respect cut-off times and order queues.
Orders accepted before 12pm are generally delivered next day to most UK locations.
We will inform you of the estimated delivery date and time in our confirmation email.
If you have specific requests or preferred dates please inform us by filling the dedicated text box at checkout.
We recommend to have a valid ID available upon delivery, as our couriers may have to double check that the recipient is above the minimum 18 years of age.
We currently deliver only to UK mainland.

What if I receive a broken bottle anyway?
Should you receive any broken bottles, please just send as email with a picture of the damage or call us at 020-3488-2683 and we will send a substitute or refund you as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies.
You may cancel and return your order at any time until 14 working days after delivery, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact.
In order to cancel your order you must call us on 020-3488-2683 or notify us by email on email@example.com. We can arrange the pick-up of the bottles at your convenience.
Should you decide to cancel, the amount we charged for the wines will be refunded within 14 days from the date the goods are returned in merchantable condition to our return address:
